RENTAL POLICIES AND INFO

Gear rentals are based on the number of calendar days equipment is away from our store, not the number of nights.

A credit card is required for all gear rentals. If you do not have a credit card, be prepared to leave a cash deposit and present valid photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc).

Deposits/Cancellation Fees

No deposit required at time of booking. If you have to cancel for any reason-give us a call as early as possible and we hope to see you again for a future trip. No cancellation fee on individual gear rental items.

Rental Waiver

You are required to sign a waiver to acknowledge that you have experience in the activity you are participating in and that you are responsible for equipment rented.

Loss/Damage/Dirty Policy

You are responsible for the cleaning/repair costs if the rental equipment is returned damaged or dirty.  Replacement cost for lost/stolen /destroyed rental equipment is full retail value.

Discounts

Save 15% when you rent any item for 5-6 days, and 25% when you rent for 8 or more days.
